Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services offered by RAFVantage. By accessing rafvantage.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
RAFVantage provides digital marketing and web development services for contractors and home service businesses, including website design and development, logo creation, hosting, reputation management, automated review systems, missed call text-back, SEO optimization, Google Business Profile management, unified inbox access, call tracking, and social media integration.
Service details are outlined in the applicable service agreement. RAFVantage reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
2. Subscription and Payment
Services are provided month-to-month. The current rate is $297 USD per month for the FullStack Package. Pricing may change with 30 days written notice.
- Payment is due on the same date each month.
- Accepted methods: major credit cards and ACH bank transfers.
- Failure to pay within 7 days may result in service suspension.
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
- No setup fees. No long-term contracts.
3. Cancellation
Either party may cancel at any time with written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Website files and content will be provided within 14 business days upon written request. Domain names will be transferred upon request.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, logos, photos, and content.
- Respond to requests for approvals within a reasonable timeframe.
- Ensure all content provided complies with applicable laws.
- Provide a valid customer list for Surge Lead Campaign services — you must have legal right to contact all individuals.
- Not use the Services for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
5. Website and Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final website content and imagery they provided. RAFVantage retains ownership of proprietary systems, automations, templates, and code frameworks. RAFVantage may display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
6. Hosting
RAFVantage provides hosting at no additional cost as part of the monthly subscription. We target 99.9% uptime but are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure or force majeure. Hosting ceases within 30 days of cancellation.
7. Google and Third-Party Services
Certain services involve third-party platforms including Google, GoHighLevel, Twilio, and social media networks. RAFVantage is not affiliated with these platforms. Results from SEO and review campaigns cannot be guaranteed as they depend on third-party algorithms. Client grants RAFVantage access to manage their Google Business Profile.
8. Automated Messaging
By enrolling in automated messaging services, client acknowledges automated texts will be sent to their customers. Client is responsible for compliance with TCPA and Canada's CASL where applicable. RAFVantage provides the technical infrastructure but is not liable for client's non-compliance.
9. Limitation of Liability
RAFVantage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is." RAFVantage makes no warranties and does not guarantee specific results including rankings, leads, calls, or revenue.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAFVantage from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the service relationship and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
14. Changes to Terms
RAFVantage may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
